What Zenlava sells

Zenlava is an independent online retailer of home accents, including vases, tabletop sculptures, figurines, bookends, and selected functional accents. The assortment is organized around the forms and uses shown on each product page.

Who we serve and how pieces may be used

We serve people furnishing shelves, consoles, desks, side tables, and other home spaces, as well as shoppers looking for a decorative gift. Those are possible uses, not a claim that every piece fits every space. Before ordering, compare the item's listed measurements with the surface and clearance where you plan to place it.

What we consider when presenting products

We organize products by their stated form and function and present the materials, finish, dimensions, options, and included items available in each listing. Depending on the product, listed materials include ceramic, iron or other metals, aluminum, wood, and marble or marble-resin. These material descriptions apply only where the individual product page says so. Product options and dimensions vary, and some source option labels do not provide numeric measurements.

Product photos may show styling elements. Only the selected option and product-page details establish what is included. Check the product page for measurements, material, finish, option, set contents, and any care information before purchasing.

Shopping, shipping, and after-sales support

Free Standard shipping with no minimum is available to eligible addresses in the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. Orders typically take 1–2 business days to process and 2–4 business days in transit after dispatch, for an estimated 3–6 business days total. You may request an eligible return within 30 calendar days after delivery. We provide a prepaid return label for eligible returns, charge no restocking fee, and do not offer direct exchanges. See the Refund Policy.
