Return window
Contact Zenlava within 30 calendar days after the delivery date to request an eligible return. Contact us before shipping any item. We will review your request and provide the next steps and correct return address for an approved return.
Return condition and eligible issues
For a change-of-mind return, the item must be unused and undamaged and include the components supplied with it. We also accept return requests about damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially misdescribed items. Contact us promptly after noticing a problem and include your order number and a description; photos may help us review it. Rights and remedies that cannot lawfully be limited remain available under applicable law.
Return shipping and exchanges
For an approved eligible return, Zenlava provides and pays for a prepaid return label. There is no restocking fee. We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different product, request an eligible return and place a separate order after the return is resolved.
Do not send a return to the correspondence address listed below. We will provide the correct return instructions and destination. Return packages sent without contacting us first may be delayed or difficult to identify.
Refund timing and method
For an approved return, we will issue the refund to the original payment method within 10 calendar days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit to your account.
A refund is initiated within that period; the time for the credit to appear on your statement is controlled by your bank, card issuer, or payment provider and may take longer.
